There are twelve classes scheduled throughout the year, with each class meeting twice weekly.

REGISTRATION

Please call (951) 274-3424 regarding class availability and registration procedures. Once registered, the Pool Class fee of $35.00 will need to be paid one week prior to the scheduled class.

Checks should be made out to: Community Medical Group.

POOL CLASS FEE

There is a fee of $35.00 for the six-week Pool Class, "Twinges in the Hinges."

Tuesday & Thursday
7:30 - 8:30 am
11:00 am - 12:00 pm

PROGRAM

The "Twinges in the Hinges" Pool Class provides gentle exercise instruction in a heated pool for full body range of motion. The class assists those with arthritis to gain and maintain better pain-free movement.

Sport Physicals
Offered Saturdays During the Fall Season

Beginning Saturday September 2 and ending Saturday December 9. Physicals are done from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on a walk in basis for a fee of $20.00
