Athletic Screening - $20.00

The SPORT Clinic performs a basic health screening for athletes wishing to participate in athletic or recreational activities. No appointment is neccesary during the scheduled hours.The following are included in this screening;

  • Medical History Interview
  • Functional Orthopedic Screening
  • Flexibility
  • Eyes, Ears, Nose, & Throat Check
  • Heart, Lungs,
For an additional fee...

Patients can be referred to The Industrial Clinic and checked for the following;

  • Blood Tests
  • Urinary Analysis
  • Vision
  • Hernia
  • Other Diagnostic Testing by Arrangement

Each additional screening procedure will incorporate a separate charge. Pateints are urged to inquire about charges for services before they are performed.

The SPORT Clinic staff will help you better understand your injury and the healing process. You will also learn ways to facilitate the healing process, manage your pain and swelling and learn how to strengthen the injured area without causing further damage. This will enable you to return to activity as strong or stronger than you were before with a decreased risk of re-injury.
