Fit For Duty Testing

This is a physical examination of an individual's functional capacity as it relates to the tasks required to perform a specific job. Based on the physical demands required to adequately perform a job, a Fit-for-duty exam is developed by our staff of physicians and physical therapists. It will test the applicant's ability to perform the job in a safe manner. Employers are utilizing this aspect of pre-employment screening to help lower the odds of work injuries from occurring.
